It is the special plywood with two sides coated with wearable and waterproof film. The film is adhesive impregnated paper, which are different from melamine paper overlay, PVC, MDO (MDO plywood) and HDO (HDO plywood). The function of the film is to protect the inside wood from moisture, water, weather and extend the plywood's service life. Film faced plywood can be used in harsh and outside environment.
It is a popular material which widely used in concrete construction projects as film-faced plywood is increased stability and resistance to moisture, ultraviolet radiation, and corrosive chemicals. The film layer and acrylic varnished edges make it more durable and less able to distort when used outdoors in harsh weather and adverse conditions

We are a self-own factory, with an export license.
2. What's your MOQ?
Best price based on big quantity. For standard profiles, we will not request MOQ. As well as for the first order of custom profiles, but in the second-order we will request you one container.
3. Can you provide samples?
Yes. We can send you the sample for free, but the express charges are on your side.
4. What's the delivery time for samples and mass production?
(1). 2-3 weeks to open the new molds.
(2). 3-4 weeks after receipt of deposit and confirmation of the order.
5. What certification do you have?
We have ISO and SGS certification.
